I agree that InMotion Sport Clinic processes my personal and medical data to organize my rehabilitation program.

The data includes: contact details, the assigned program, completion marks, well-being and pain reports, and appointment protocols.

The data is used solely to manage my rehabilitation and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

I can withdraw my consent and request deletion of my data by contacting the clinic or via the “Profile” section of my account.
